Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We really need to have PDF's that clients can access and fill out for us to review. Everyting that Jotform provides is fantastic and fulfills our needs.

Pros

Public Online Form Submission
PDF Conversion
Mobile Forms that are easy & accessible
Notifications and Digital submissions of these forms.

Cons

Jotform Formulas are difficult. Consider having similar syntax & prompts, such as how Excel handles function & same syntax
Create a document portal that directly links an online form to Dropbox/Drive/Cloud Storage & does not store information inside of Jotform
Better handling of calendar functions. Allow for more customization.

Return on Investment

Allows us to not have clutter and allows for more digital assets for clients to access
ROI has not been established.
Better ROI if Jotform takes over as the standard for digital signatures to replace DocuSign

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe XD, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Dropbox DocSend and Dropbox Sign

Jotform offers better integration where you can publicly list the form for anyone with a link can submit informaiton and we are able to get full PDF reports on those worksheets. Nothing currently does something as simple as this. Jotform's user experience is a whole lot better.
