Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Jotform for submitting sample request from our sales representatives to our research and development labs. Jotform created a space for sales reps to have one form with multiple options for the multiple systems that we make. It also created a space to save the requests and send the filled out form to the required people automatically while the sales rep only had to submit one thing.

Saving every submitted form in an inbox
easy form creation
allowing to send the same form to multiple people.

being able to add on submissions without going to the next plan
informing users of glitches
notice of when submissions aren't being sent
