Iterable's a great product to personalize customer engagement and journeys
Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable for all of our customer journeys to send email and push notifications to the right people at the right time and are able to customize the content of our emails to each individual. We're able to A/B test emails and push notifications to make sure we're optimizing all of our campaigns. We've integrated SFDC, Mixpanel and snowflake to reduce engineering time to get all the right data that we need on our users. We also use lead forms and mixpanel to maximize ROI by sending inbound leads to our sales team at the right time through the customer journey to reduce the sales lifecycle time and reduce time for our sales team. We've been able to reduce time by automating all of our paid users customer journeys and make it look like we're sending it directly from them which has also reduced our churn rate greatly.
Pros
- Easy email/push creation
- Easily identify and segment users
- Creation of journeys and the ability to collaborate with team members
- Personalize content within emails
Cons
- Reporting
- Removing custom data fields
- Ability to track custom data usage
- 15% decease in churn
- 10% increase on delinquent accounts
- 30% increase on inbound lead ARR
This has probably been our biggest success. We've been able to eliminate majority of our engineering team or hiring a more sophisticated HTML individual to create our emails. We've been able to make templates for majority of all of our emails where we can have team members for specific lines of business go in and create these emails using the drag and drop feature. It's been very easy to A/B test and get the results that we need to make the best decision after a two week or month period to take the winning variant and continue to improve.
The ability to tag user where they're at in their user journey has been key for us to make sure we're not pressing the gas too early for some users and as well loosing the pedal when needed.
Iterable is much easier to use and get going on than HubSpot and to make the user journey more impactful
