Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to facilitate and store all of our outreach information and history. It helps with tasks and reminders as well. We would have major organizational issues and gaps without this software. As a sales rep, I am sending hundreds of emails and LinkedIn messages and making hundreds of calls every week. Having a recorded history of these is invaluable. We intend to stick with HS moving forward as an organization.

It has definitely helped bridge the gap. It gives better direction and insight into, "whose responsible for what". This eliminates a lot of decision-making and organizational tasks and ultimately, saves us a ton of time. I'd definitely continue to market the impact your software has on the relationship between departments.
I have to admit that I prefer Salesloft, but I do think HS can be better. SL is very simple and gives me everything I need. However, in the future, I would definitely lean toward HS as it has more capabilities. I just need the integration and onboarding to be more seamless before I commit long-term.
