Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It houses all of our contact, company, and list information in a single platform. The CRM gives great visibility into all engagements from the client/lead as well as all engagements from the client on tagged social, email, and other marketing initiatives. We have thousands of companies and contacts that we target depending on any of our verticals, so having a robust CRM is not a want but a need.

Pros

  • Lists
  • Automation
  • Categorization/Tags.

Cons

  • Templates are not intuitive.
  • Tagging can be difficult.
  • Don't always see the source of a contact.
  • Positively impacts revenue tracking and visualization.
  • Goal visualization and progress is tracked easily.
  • Some dashboards and reports can be difficult to work with or integrate.
It is easier to use than SalesForce but is not the easiest-to-use platform out there, like maybe Zoho. It is user-friendly, but having an in-house expert to go to is highly recommended. Support does a good job most of the time, but not all agents are trained to the same degree, and I had to go through 3 agents before one knew the solution. So it is easy enough that you could get by without an expert, but life would be easier with one. Whereas something like SalesForce needs more intensive training or in-house professionals more often.
It gives greater and deeper visibility into the actions of either department. Sales can better see what efforts Marketing is making to nurture leads or generate leads. Marketing can better see how Sales are following up and corresponding with leads and track the pipeline and sales funnel movement from aware to closed won.
I have used Zoho, which was easier to use but did not have as many capabilities, customizations, or automation as HubSpot does. I have also used SalesForce, which is similar in capability, reporting, and management but is not very user-friendly and can be difficult to learn. HubSpot feels like good middle ground.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

It is best suited to mid-size and large corporations but can be used for smaller companies with larger profit and revenue goals. We target thousands of different companies and organizations across numerous industries and internal vertical channels. Because of this, we need a CRM that can take in loads of information, keep tabs across all engagements, and automate tasks, so our workers are not bogged down in manual and menial tasks on a day-to-day basis.
