Overall Satisfaction with Gong

It helps me focus on the customer, allowing me to really listen instead of making notes. This helps me qualify better and be an effective sales leader.

Pros

  • AI summarization.
  • Recording meetings.
  • Sales analysis.
  • Follow up emails.

Cons

  • Record external calls (not scheduled with me).
  • Time savings -> sending emails.
  • Summarizing -> internal and external.
  • Bigger pipeline -> better qualified.
Super user-friendly. Did not require any training.
I am summarizing meetings + helping to summarize key subjects. It's a huge time saver.
