Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I used ADP Workforce Now in my previous company. It was used company-wide once we rolled out self-service. Employees were able to see their pay stubs, change their personal information, and managers were able to conduct performance reviews in it.
- Employees and Manager self-service are great in eliminating human error when entering employees' information by the HR staff.
- ADP Workflows are great to eliminate tons of papers in the HR office, and it works smoothly.
- Customer service is great and very fast.
- They are actually reading the feedback and making changes in the next releases.
- The only thing that will need a little more work will be the onboarding process, but I'm not sure if that's improved.
- We were able to eliminate lots of hard copies on employees' files and upload all that information on employees' profiles.
- We rolled out self-service for employees and managers with workflows.
- We rolled out performance management very successfully.

It's not difficult to achieve at all.
My personal opinion is that is very user-friendly for all employees; implementation is great, customer service is the best, and you have one person assigned to your company.
