We use [Webexpenses] across the organization with our head office staff and also with associates who claims expenses sporadically. It gets rid of the need for people to retain receipts and/or post them to head office to be processed.

We use this to digitize expenses and have reporting for it. We used to face issues with manual submitting and approval of expenses and keeping track of it, now its simpler and easy to do that. Even we can automate the process with this tool. Audit trails has been easier now.

Webexpenses is used for expense management currently where all credit card holder submit a claim for their credit card statement. Webexpenses is being used by all the credit card holders of the organization and their managers. It reduces the time spent manually keying in credit card expense claims and improves the security around the approval of the claim.

I use Webexpenses to claim back lunches and mileage when I am working away from site. I use Webexpenses for approximately 2 weeks out of every month. Using Webexpenses enables me to add and submit claims daily or weekly, depending on when I detail my claims. This solves the problem of claims being put on hold internally due to holidays etc, as claims can be completed or approved from home.
