We are using it for time management, HR, and payroll. Users clock in on the mobile app, equipment or computer. Works very well.

  • Fingerprint reading, very fast
  • Supervisor login for viewing employees' time
Cons
  • Website color scheme, text is hard to read.
  • Monitor support for website.
  • Direct printer access. Issues with middleware.
In enterprise manufacturing I feel it is perfect for employees. With larger business as well, easy to really manage people under you. For a business that does not use the Internet it would make no sense.

We use the timekeeping system to log hours and balance accruals.
  • User friendly
  • Efficient
  • I like the mobile app
Cons
  • I wish the site was easier to access
  • I wish implementation didn't take so long
  • I wish it was easier to run reports
It worked really well with clocking hours. One small issue, however, was that we had employees clocking in on their phones in the parking lot and not actually when they were at work.

We utilize Kronos Workforce Ready to record our employee's schedules, clock ins and outs, and manage payroll. Kronos is a great system for our hotel to manage all our employees.
  • Great way to manage employee schedules and the actual hours they've worked.
  • Effective way to manage the entire organization as a whole.
  • Efficient way to manage payroll.
Cons
  • Perhaps creating more templates to run reports an organization would need.
Kronos allows team members to easily record the hours they've worked and managers are able to effectively and easily manage that.

Kronos Workforce Ready is only being used by the Payroll Department.
It address the problem of Payroll Based Journal information for CMS.
  • Kronos keeps excellent track of my employees when they clock in and out.
  • We are primarily using the Kronos Timekeeping System for Payroll and the Payroll Based Journal that CMS is requesting.
Cons
  • I can not think of anything that is hard to use, missing or things I need to see done differently.
Kronos Workforce Ready is well suited to my needs as a Payroll Technician.
It provides all the information I need and is easy to use.
