The TrustRadius reviews provide a much deeper review than other sites like G2. I like that reviews are asked to complete reviews or requested to add more context to them before they are published. We want the reviewers to provide concrete examples, as it helps us when we review the reviews! Just saying you like the product doesn't help us improve or get better. Getting deeper into the answers provides us with more use cases around the reviews and insight into what our clients are thinking.

This is very helpful for our team to know how we stack up against our competition. It's great to see what updates we need to make on our product and what features we may be lacking compared to our competitors. It is also helpful to see how our support team is doing with our clients.

The support we receive from TrustRadius has gone down hill significantly since they moved to a pooled CSM model.

The reviews in TrustRadius for Vendors are a bit longer than other third-party review platforms. This doesn't really change the way we use the content from reviews, but it is useful in gathering a different set of information from customers than we get in other platforms like G2 and GPI.

Nice site that's easy to use but I miss the old customer success model

TrustRadius for Vendors is definitely better than Google reviews in the way of getting more in-depth information. We have used G2 in the past and they have a similar model however they often make changes to their business categories which can change your rankings overnight.
