(1-25 of 35)Great email platform
- Easy to use create email templates
- Integrates with Canva allowing us to import our designs straight
- Reviews our mailing list and notifies us of accounts which might need cleaning
- I'd like it to integrate more seamlessly with other platforms such as scoreapp which is currently doesn't
- I'd like it to integrate with webinar software too more easily
- I'd also like to have more dynamic content on their website landing pages too
- Email automation
- WooCommerce connection and product display
- Ecommerce statistics
- Customer Service & Product Improvement
- More design widgets / styling options in the builder
- Still some bugs in the email WYSIWYG builder
- Ecommerce integration is awesome, but maybe more control over styling of text and options
Great for SaaS
- Straight forward user interface
- Great pricing tiers with good starting offer
- Scheduled emails
- Audience management
In the case of [...] I collected sign-ups before the product was even realized. And the great thing is, once it was realized I was able to use the MailerLite API to continue feeding my already existing mailing-list with new emails. New registrations on my websites would automatically be sent to MailerLite.
MailerLite was a great choice
- Create automations
- Create landing pages
- Campaigns analytics
- Sometimes the text gets messed up while I'm writing the body of an email. The font and size change all of a sudden.
MailerLite makes it easy to send newsletters and to create landing pages and forms. Well prices, well worth a look!
I 💛 MailerLite
- Price is great
- Number of e-mail addresses allowed is awesome
- Layouts are beautiful
- Would love to see some more AI features coming up soon as (although I love MailerLite SO much) I've been on the fence about switching to a platform that offers more AI tools which prompt me to share an e-mail about my new YouTube video that was published or my recent blog post that was written. These reminders and then support with writing the newsletter blast really help kick my butt into gear.
Why we chose MailerLite...
- It handles the GDPR efficiently.
- It's easy to use, fast and efficient.
- The price is a bit high, but still affordable.
- The support is extremely pleasant and capable.
- Price could be a bit lower (you knew this was about to pop-up, right ;))
Highly recommend MailerLite!
- Customer Service
- Ease of Use
- Affordability
Learning MailerLite and Loving It
- Clear layout
- Excellent support on Chat with paid version - well worth it for a learner like me
- This is my first day, so it would be unfair to state anything at this stage.
I have setup a Lead Magnet and a Workflow.
The language and examples are very clear.
- Easy to use their editing interface
- Easy to manage email lists (import, export, edit on the fly)
- Fast, live customer service via email
- Adding additional admins was buggy
- 2FA requires the use of a 3rd party app (instead of using your mobile number)
Our biggest problem in communications is that we serve multiple subcategories within the music industry, and each of these are managed as singular businesses within our larger org chart. MailerLite is invaluable in that regard; we can serve each of these singular businesses within our org and their customers and also our fans at large.
- Customer Service!!
- Easy drag and drop editor (really clean design)
- Help us send messaging while maintaining good email standards
- Automations and Triggers
- Form HTML output could be cleaner and shorter
- Form design could be more editable
- Landing pages could deploy through proxy to appear as our domain
Also if mobile is super important for you, then you'll be able to hide sections on mobile but you can't change how they are stacked on mobile.

- Easy to set up
- Listening to customers
- Integration
- Reporting
- Landing pages
- Email marketing
- Customer service
- More granular logic for automations
- Automations that don't kick-out a subscriber because the send date has past
Poor website builder capability & technical support
- Email Marketing
- Website Builder
- Landing Page
- Popups
Their Api Does Not Work and Tech Support Is Unwilling to Help, Plus They Ignore My Request for a Refund
- Nothing
- Customer service
- API documentation
- Integrity
- Free automations for any funnel you can think of.
- Regular campaigns, A/B testing campaigns
- You can easily create landing pages with its drag-and-drop editor.
- Perhaps the creation of Workflows needs tutorials for those who are just starting out.
Great software, Easy to Use, Especially Creatives
- drip marketing
- visual interface for the whole email segment/series
- easy to read reports
- learning resources
- nothing to fix
- I love this website
- can't wait to grow and upgrade to paid services
Highly recommend!
- Keeps the history in perpetuity.
- Easy to unsubscribe.
- User friendly.
- I'd like the ability to edit the email address.
Solid email marketing tool that I'll keep using for years
- Send out automated emails
- Email broadcasting to our entire email list
- Creating good looking emails that get delivered
- Could use extra automation options (for experts)
- Extra landing pages are always welcome
- Automation
- Assignment to Groups (We can set up 'rules' on each form, to use entries in various fields, to automatically have each person added to a group).
- Customer Service! Two or three times I've needed assistance and they are amazing to work with.
- Guide Search: Sometimes the right instructions are terminology challenges. A terminology introduction would be helpful, and search settings default to the specific content entered for the search. (Maybe this is a Titles and Content setting)
- Dates on Dashboard Notifications: When something is new or updated it has been difficult to find out when the change happened. Important because changes may mean we need to do something. Example: The feature 'Authentication' of Domain launched and we needed to authenticate the website (although verification had already been completed). We THINK it caused bouncing because once we updated the bounced emails were resubscribed and sent. TIP: Several started on the same day 2021 September 4th, but, we don't have dates on notifications so we are not sure that is why it happened.
Why Mailerlite is the best email marketing software
- setting up emails
- automations and workflows
- high deliverability of emails
- creating forms and landingpages
- they have a quality support with a very short response time
- it would be to have a incorporated crm software
Wonderful: Instead of troubleshooting, I can do what I'm good at =)
- E-mail management and integration with Wordpress: elegant, customizable e-mail designs and easy integration.
- Landing pages: easily put together and doing the job beautifully.
- Customer support is ACE.
- Integration with WooCommerce: easily managed and very handy.
- I'd like the possibility to have a non-repeating background in landing pages.
Customer Service was top notch!
- Quick response
- Attentive customer support
- Understanding of customer's needs
- Clunky process to create campaigns
- Deliverability - does not go to spam
- Super easy to use
- Fantastic, fast customer support
- Beautiful, professional newsletters
- Can't think of [anything]
When it comes to features, functionality and price, hands down, you need to choose Mailerlite.
- Design Features are by far one of Mailerlite's greatest assets. I can truly design the campaigns I want and stay on brand with their design software, better than any of the others. The amount of customization is amazing and it really helps campaign pops.
- I also love Mailerlite for its Zapier integration. It can play nice with everything and that makes a big difference when you're gathering data from several places. Things like DKIM and Domain Validation are also helpful and those are included on all the plans. Really helps with deliverability.
- Another reason Mailerlite is a favorite is for ease of use and smooth interface. When we set clients up, we don't have to assist them for very much after getting them going. They find it easy to send emails on their own, and empowered to do great things.
- Mailerlite's blocks that are within the designer are THE BEST bar none. There are so many items in there I want to come up with campaigns just to use them. I especially love the event RSVP module that allows people to respond instantly and segment them based on their response. This is a big one I use for clients as well. There's just so much you can do here it's crazy.
- When it comes to features and quality, NO ONE can beat out Mailerlite on price. NO ONE. This tool gives you the most bang for your buck, covers almost all my clients' needs and because of the value, I almost recommend it exclusively. The value for the money is incredible.
- I would add more types of inbox previews so people can see their campaigns across more channels
- Mailerlite could definitely use a few more default fields, and more field types. This is an area where we get stuck writing more custom fields than we like. I want to see a variety of fields, from text box, to radio buttons, drop downs and more date options.
- Custom fields should be able to be organized according to the list type. Custom fields that are added show up on ALL subscriber profiles, so if you were building a list that had a field for the type of pet someone had because you run a Dog Walking Business, but also had a list that only served Sponsors, that dog walking option would show up on all your subscriber types. If there's a way to change this and I missed it, my bad, but I haven't yet found that to be the case.
- I'd really like to see Mailerlite have the option of adding a subscriber midway through the process, and a RESEND option, whether that is to non-openers or people who are new to a list. While you can set up drip campaigns or triggers to send certain emails when people change their status, it seems a bit too time consuming.
- I'd love to see a date specific reminder email template for meetings. That would be awesome and speed things up quite a bit.
