I would recommend Lead Forensics to any company interested in business development. It gives a second wind to a cold outreach but also helps us manage our existing accounts. We have had long term customers buy new products based on the information we gathered off Lead Forensics. Also, having a single account manager is great. We have used it for tracking businesses that visit our site. Specifically, businesses which have lapsed we have used this product to see what they have visited when they have looked at our site. Contacting them and then using the products they have viewed as a conversation piece to bring them back to purchase.

Lead Forensics suits a business well where there is a dedicated sales and marketing team to maximise the opportunities generated. For busy SMEs you might find more leads are generated than you can handle easily, although that's a good problem to have! We have found response time to opportunities to be really important.

Lead Forensics is well suited for you company if you want to understand better the visitor's journey on your website (data not accessible via GA4) like what pages he/she visits, in a certain order, what are the pages that get the most cliks towards your contact us page and to make the most of it to increase your sales' activity, whether to get new customers or develop your customer portfolio.
