We use Heyflow in our company to make it easier for leads to leave their contact details. We use a funnel to design both our main product and, for example, the feedback process for our customers. A key feature that Heyflow has recently introduced is AB Testing. This allows us to make and test adjustments directly in the flow itself.
  • User interface
  • AB Testing
  • Integration with CRM
The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. However, there is often a time delay in the display of the individual pages and you do not see your changes in real-time.

The user interface is very customer-friendly and intuitive. You can start with the first flow immediately after registration, simply, and easily.
As a startup, we do not yet have any rigid brand standards, but we can anchor our CI in Heyflow, which is automatically adopted.
Heyflow offers a more variable and customized user interface. The design elements look more professional.

We are able to use Heyflow to rapidly build form-based experiences in order to validate them with minimal dev effort. We’re able to connect with tools like Google Sheets and Slack. It’s also highly customizable which is useful for cases where we need to add extra code or functionality to build a more robust solution.
  • Highly customizable
  • Easy to build with no to low dev required
  • Useful integrations
  • Branching logic within a page
I recommend Heyflow for any startup that’s looking for a tool that allows them to build on-brand experiences with little to no dev effort.

  • Reduced time to market for new features
  • Lower cost for testing new features
  • Lower CAC
Easy to use, but could benefit from a better mobile experience
We are able to easily customize forms to fit our brand’s identity. The level of customization that Heyflow supports allows us to get very close to the components as they look in our UI library. our design team is very happy with the look and feel that Heyflow allows us to achieve.
Much stronger customization ability, ability to align with our brand styles and integrate with tools like Zapier or Google Sheets, slack, etc.

We use Heyflow to scale the roll-out of our acquisition journey without impacting on our developers' capacity.
  • Publish multiple acquisition journey with low effort
  • Customise UI & UX of our aquisition journey with low effort
  • Enable marketing and product to work independently
  • Dashboards and insights
  • Raw data download is limited
  • Change log is missing and crucial
Well suited for product teams that want to scale acquisition

  • Lower development costs
  • Higher time to market speed
I believe heyflow has one of the best UI/UX and usability in the market. Still behind Typeform in some areas but the UI/UX flexibility compensates for that, for now.
Really good to adjust heyflows to our brand identity
Much better UI/UX flexibility
