The base set up and maintenance of the searched terms is the more difficult part. For that, our SEO team handles each brand largely the same way as previous brands with any locality nuances added in. Otherwise, outside of the Conductor set up, the Data team handles the data migration into BigQuery and any changes along the way.

This is definitely a tool that has to have heavy engagement with an SEO expert. People are able to do some research with a limited amount of success but as so much in SEO is about interpretation, even the greatest tools need someone to provide guidance.

So, internally, we don't actually have many people "supporting" Conductor, persay. We have an enterprise account, so it's really Conductor who supports itself. Now, we do have a central corporate team that uses reporting from Conductor, as well as an internal team that introduces us to account managers and resources.

We have two high-end SEO people, myself and Anthony. We handle all of the configurations, reporting, set up, and admin. We have the sites split out between us based on what we routinely work on. That is more than enough in-house support. Conductor is excellent about helping us out with anything we have questions about.
