What is Cezanne HR?
Cezanne HR presents a modular solution to employee lifecycle management. It supports recruiting (via its integration with In-recruiting), onboarding, and employee performance management. This software also includes a succession planning module, which helps HR professionals plan for the future. Employee Profiles - Up-to-date employee profiles including contact information, next of kin, career history, and personal profiles.
Salary & Bonuses - Records of all aspects of compensation from base pay to bonuses, in any currency.
Legal Identifiers - For compliance, retain digital copies of important documents, such as visas or passports, with reminders of renewal dates.
Training & Development - Record skills and qualifications, create development plans, track training activities and outcomes, and help grow talent.
Company Assets - Keep track of company assets from laptops and mobile phones to company cars, and assure they are properly recorded.
Employee Events - Retain a complete history of important events, from promotions and pay reviews to health and safety or grievance and disciplinary events.
Cezanne HR supplies employee self-service, so they can access needed information and keep records up-to-date. Important changes to personnel records, such as new bank details or home address, can be routed through approval cycles for easy validation.
Document management features such as digital payslips, online forms, and integrated document management make filling out paperwork simple. Important documents can be shared via HR portals and stored in one location.
Cezanne HR’s core people module also includes a training and communications hub. Media and important information can be shared and accessed, with news feeds, video, and communication capabilities. Its dashboard can be customized with company branding or personalized experiences.
Support Details
This software is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and available with a subscription. Updates are supported with release notes, monitored, and secured by AWS. Company HR databases are backed up regularly.
Cezanne HR supports implementation with a one-day training course for usage of the core people module, as well as training sessions for additional modules. These are typically deployed online, though Cezanne HR does offer on-site training at their offices in London.
