What is Celonis?
Celonis provides organizations across industries with real-time process observability – capturing every movement of every in-flight process end-to-end across the enterprise, going beyond just static transparency into what’s happening in its processes. The intelligence Celonis provides is used to orchestrate processes: providing decision support for the right actions, triggering individual workflows or process steps based on intelligent process insights, and feeding into other technologies in place to make them more effective.
The Celonis Process Intelligence Platform takes data from an organization's systems - from an ERP and CRM to Excel – and uses process mining technology to turn that data into a living, system-agnostic digital twin of its end-to-end processes. It then makes sense of that data by using specialized process improvement knowledge, built up from thousands of implementations over the last decade, and AI algorithms to uncover where value is hiding in these processes. Celonis review
Data extraction possibilities were much more restrictive in Signavio in comparison to Celonis.
Not sure for the rest of the features but for us it was very important for the process mining tool to provide straightforward connectivity possibilities to multiple data sources.

Celonis - a great and powerful tool for hr processes
Celonis has way more ways for extracting data for way more systems and also it has the possibility to setup a live connection to the different systems. Also you can create different custom processes in Celonis that is not working for Signavio. The performance and usability of Celonis is also way better than other process mining tools.

Celonis is a complete platform to analyze processes and manage automation. Qlik Analytics Platform is only a dashboarding tool.

Celonis has some nice process visuals and root cause analysis. Still, the insights are only as good as the underlying data, which is messy at most companies, like Incorta and Mircosoft Power BI.

Team was considering Genepact to work on this project, however it was determined that we wanted direct support from the Celonis staff to assist since this would be the first time our company had completed a project in this nature. It turned out we made a good decision. Cost between the two was not material.

data speaks louder than words
Signavio is a tool to describe process steps and show these steps in process flows. For this Signavio is good. Celonis is much better at analyzing the process based on data and finding the inefficiencies. PowerBI: although Celonis is a data mining tool and not a specific reporting tool, Celonis can also be used for reporting. Celonis is great at visualization and slice & dice.

The training and courses offered there are extremely beneficial to both technical and non-technical individuals. There are several tracks to choose from, depending on how each user will engage with the programme. There is also specific training aimed at framing value and prioritising the use cases that deliver the most value to the firm.

The best process digitalization journey for RPO Industry
The major reason to choose Celonis is that it has enhanced decision-making in filtering the candidates. The frontend designer has nice graphics and has well-designed self-service. I particularly enjoy the visual editor, which allows you to create complicated PQL without having to write any code, as well as the numerous filtering choices, including process mining options.

It's just different--Celonis is the first process mining tool I've leveraged, and I'm endlessly impressed with the feature set, the level of usability despite the robust functionality--I'm a hard person to be impressed by technology but find the product impressive.

Celonis in Publishing
Celonis is in every aspect superior to ARIS Process Performance Manager which we used for years in a different context. Compared to that adopting Celonis is much easier. Also operating Celonis with an in house team is much easier as with SQL skill one is well prepared to handle data collection and transformation and even the PQL coding in the dashboards.
