Cons
- Share best practices from other companies/experiences
- Simplify searching for the right apps that are available
- Monitoring of progress can be better (so the trend)
- Improved our time to invoice to our customers
- Reduction in number of price changes
- Increased process conformance within order to cash, meaning: people working according to the agreed process steps and reducing the number of manual interventions
Signavio is a tool to describe process steps and show these steps in process flows. For this Signavio is good. Celonis is much better at analyzing the process based on data and finding the inefficiencies. PowerBI: although Celonis is a data mining tool and not a specific reporting tool, Celonis can also be used for reporting. Celonis is great at visualization and slice & dice.
Online Celonis training sessions are very good. One remark: there is a lot of training, which is split into different approaches. This sometimes makes it a bit difficult to find the training that is best-suited Support staff from Celonis has been great: pro-active with a willingness to help the business It would be helpful to have more best practices from other businesses/experience
Ongoing within our organization. We still have a way to go here.
