  • Calendly provides students with all of my available time slots.
  • Students can select the day of time of a desired meeting.
  • All meetings populate immediately to my Outlook calendar.

  • Calendly helps to schedule clients calls with their open times and the companies
  • It helps us harvest new leads by allowing interested people to schedule calls at their convenience
  • Easily set up and schedule calls or meetings and have a good overview of monthly scheduling
Cons
  • Integration to other calendars could be a bit more smooth
  • It would be nice if there was a way to filter unwanted meetings
  • a prioritizing feature would be nice in case of scheduling conflicts

  • Strong outlook integration.
  • Strong salesforce integration
  • Great email and text reminders for meetings
  • Easy ability to update avaliability and all settings
  • Strong dashboard and reporting
Cons
  • It could be better with routing to certain people based on rules set/criteria based on data in salesforce
  • It sometimes doesn’t equal out for round Robin meetings based on equal distribution- more demos getting booked in with certain reps for some reason.
  • It would be really nice if you could change the type of meeting that is already booked to a different event type within the dashboard instead of having to cancel and reschedule that meeting
