BambooHR is much more user friendly. Easier to navigate and populate. EH is good for AU market and I think has a lot of functionality - but, I say good luck finding what you're looking for!
In our company, we use them together. My team uses Lever for talent acquisition duties. We also use Lattice for company employee review, and we used to use Jazz HR, but we do not use it anymore. Bamboo is for managing employees and payroll.
We were already using BambooHR when I started, and I will be switching eventually to one of the other providers if BambooHR does not do more for their Canadian customers
BambooHR was already in place when I started. BambooHR has much better intuitive navigation than any of the other systems but not as much customizability as something like Workday.
