If an individual or business does not possess a human resource management, human resources information system, or other system that can be used as an applicant tracking system to control and automate the process, I would highly recommend getting one prior to using Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) due to the increased ease caused by both systems working in conjunction with one another.

I find this portal effective and productive for Junior level roles where as if we have to attract candidates from top tier colleges then we have very less and passive data

Indeed Adsis great for those “revolving door” positions in a healthcare setting. This platform allows me to provide a continuous flow of applicants to my hiring managers. More than half of the applicants are qualified and respond quickly to requests. This is incredibly beneficial and crucial in healthcare where every person counts.

Over all Indeed Ads has been great to work with.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs has been particularly useful for us when we have a high number of positions to fill and want to fill them quickly. It may not be worth the extra cost for us during times when recruiting is not as much of a focus.

Indeed sponsored jobs do a great job of providing candidate traffic. Sometimes they don't focus enough on the needs of the employers.

Sponsored jobs aren't great for roles that require a certain amount of certification/education in rural areas. There just isn't a large enough candidate base in those areas to market to locally and Indeed only lets you post sponsored jobs in your immediate service area.

I think that in most markets this is incredibly helpful. We have occasionally had issues with sponsorship not being enough and we've had to employ other methods of recruitment through Indeed, but that's more the market of talent than Indeed's fault. In general, I think it's very useful for all our positions we hire for at our company.

The Indeed platform is user-friendly and requires little monitoring and effort. I may not recommend it for someone who has a very low budget. It is a bit pricey.

Gives me more applicants. I have to say that we do get applicants applying but as for them showing up that's another story all together.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs allows our company to set aside a specific budget for select jobs that need that additional push to find candidates. Indeed is the site where everyone is looking, so to have your jobs pushed to the top really works.

Since it is pay-per-click, you won’t waste money on applicants who aren’t interested in your job at all and scroll on by. The downside is if someone clicks in and clicks out quickly without reading much or applying, you are out that advertising money with no results. With sponsored postings, you get the ability to for Instant Match where Indeed will match you with candidates that fit what you are looking for. You will also get the ability to invite candidates to apply for your position, and reach more candidates through desktop, mobile, and Job Alert emails.

Indeed has been the most effective tool that we have used to hire new employees. It provides a large pool of candidates that are of good quality and tend to follow through on attending interviews.

They not only provide an invaluable service but they understand my "WHY" and do everything they can to help in our recruitment efforts!!

Using indeed for ongoing job needs is great as the job ad will be there for an extended period of time. The use of Indeed for a quick need-to-hire tomorrow situation has been tough. I have found that it may take a few days to gather good applications.

It is best suited when looking for candidates in small places with not a lot of applicants. It is less appropriate when searching for candidates in large areas with a big population.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs has helped us with our job fairs (both virtual and in-person) as well as drawn more visibility to hard-to-fill roles. However, there are times the CPA to CTR seems to be unreasonable and does not really help with our needs, in my view.

The cost is too high and it just keeps going up. We are exploring other options and will make a change because Indeed no longer makes sense for a small business, and the customer service has not been good

I work with Mekenna and Laura and we meet periodically, we discuss focus areas, they are able to help me with their thoughts of different things we can do to help provide better applicants.

In our market Dental Hygienists are extremely hard to find. We started using Indeed Sponsored Jobs for our hygienist positions and immediately received great response from quality candidates. Before we started using Indeed Sponsored Jobs for our hygiene positions we were in a drought. After using this program, we are hiring on average 2 hygienists per week.

Indeed works really well for hourly recruiting as well as management recruiting for restaurants. I have not had as many qualified candidates when posting for higher-level support center roles such as a Senior Financial Analyst or an Applications Engineer.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs have helped in several hiring scenarios. If we don't receive enough applicants to an original job posting, we can sponsor the job post and invite more people to apply. This feature allows us to receive the best possible applicants. There haven't been many scenarios yet where Indeed Sponsored Jobs posts weren't helpful.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs is great for finding candidates at all levels. We use it for all positions we have available. The one thing that makes them stand out is that we always get more people applying for jobs. We also really love the invite to apply feature, which has helped us with difficult positions to fill.

I would recommend Indeed Sponsorship to anyone who is interested in increasing their applicant pipeline and/or decreasing staffing agency spending. I would suggest that to maximize value, organizations need to also focus on their worker satisfaction through employee engagement & a proactive communication strategy.

I'd like more control of the overall account budget. While I know we could change our setup and price each opening accordingly, there are times within our end of the month when the budget isn't 100% met, where it gets used on positions that may not need it. I'd like a priority button that we could turn on to ensure "more" spending occurs on certain higher-needed areas. that we can turn off once we have met what we need...etc.
