Indeed Sponsored Jobs helps me control and scale applicant flow with ease, allowing me to focus more on hard to fill markets and/or positions. Proper sponsorship campaigns, coupled with an employees engagement strategy, has allowed me to significantly reduce/all but eliminate our need to use staffing firms to supply temporary workers, as well as reduced the need for employee headhunting services to locate management level positions.

We have used Indeed Sponsored Jobs at all levels of the organization.
We were able to find our most recent warehouse manager through Indeed. Previous hires had been conducted through a headhunter at a considerable cost. While a headhunter is likely to be better suited to tap into the passive job market, we received quality applicants through Indeed and ended up selecting a candidate who applied through Indeed over multiple quality candidates that were provided by the headhunter.
We have used target ads in the past and while the product has been discontinued, it worked well in tandem with sponsorship to use as a multi-layer strategy if/as needed.
