Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
Indeed Sponsored Jobs is used for recruiting candidates at our company. We often don't receive as many applicants as we would like, and the sponsored job ads help with this issue. We use this tool to also invite applicants who maybe haven't applied yet. This allows us to create a larger pool of candidates to choose from in our hiring process.
- Selecting qualified candidates
- Manages candidates
- Easy messaging tool
- Having an option to directly email a candidate from Indeed instead of messaging
- More analytical data regarding our job postings
- Helped save time in recruiting more candidates
- Increased applicants by about 20%
- Higher quality applicants
We have found quality candidates for several of our sports coaching positions. Whether that be basketball, soccer, track, etc. we were able to gain more applicants than a regular Indeed post. Differently, we are able to find candidates for our more "high level" positions like operations coordinator, managers, etc. Indeed Sponsored Jobs posts helps us find qualified candidates at all different levels.
On Indeed, we receive far more qualified candidates for the positions we post. I also think that Indeed is more user-friendly than most of its competitors. ZipRecruiters' layout is cluttered and harder to connect with other employers. Indeed allows for us to access twice as many candidates as we can on ZipRecruiter, therefore giving us a better chance of hiring.
