Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Love it for all its features. Zoom Workplace especially is perfect for our dedicated meeting needs.
Pros
- Easy to use for endusers
- I like the centralized services. Ex: I can navigate from Calendar to Zoom phone quickly.
- SSO makes it easy to keep things logged in.
Cons
- I would like to see more options for contact integrations.
- I like the whiteboard feature but would like to see additional sharing methods besides link based and internal zoom.
- I use Outlook but it would be great if we had options to add other phone contacts
- Great for communicating and transferring calls
- Love meetings in Zoom, its been simple and more advanced than teams
- Bundling with the license has saved us on having two solutions, meeting and phone.
I would say my experience with zoom has been better. Support is a lot more efficient. And the portal is easier to manage. x
