Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom to organize our calls and ensure they reach the right group of people by going to the right queue. We also use Zoom to help us have virtual meetings to stay connected. Finally, we use Zoom to help us schedule meetings with each other by searching calendars and using booking tools so we don't have to guess and check times with multiple people to schedule something.

- Porting in new phone numbers could be easier.
- Having a step-by-step explanation of what you want your guests to hear for each queue would have been nice.

- Quick team communication in centralized hub.
Zoom is much easier to use and gives better options to share things with other users. The setup is easier, and staff training is more straightforward. PanTerra Networks were clunky, and it was hard to really train or set up anyone who uses it within your team. It is also tough to change things with its old dashboard. WhatsApp is easy to use but not as robust as Zoom communications and does not help with all the added things we need to share with our team.
