Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use the phone system, the chat features, SMS and the meetings every day. It allows us to utilize 1 app for everything. Zoom Workplace helps us maintain our day to day business with ease.

Zoom Workplace AI has allowed me to keep less meeting notes as the AI features capture the important pieces of a meeting for me.
We used Mitel cloud prior and this is a major leap ahead of the Mitel offering. We are experienced with many other vendors and feel Zoom Workplace has been the best so far.
