Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

In our organization we use Zoom Workplace to ensure we maintain proper connectivity with our geographically spread salesforce every month to ensure proper alignment to accomplish our goals during each sales period. Also, we use the tool for videotelephony with our suppliers which are from various different countries in the Americas.

Cons

  • Video and audio quality is unpredictable
  • Too many ad-ons
  • Zoombombing
  • Capability of remote work for some employees
  • Avoidance of long travel times for remote participants
While we continue to use both tools Zoom Workplace has shown to be a more user friendly and easier to manage tool.
