Zoom is the best video calling software which combines the sharing of content for personal as well as business meetings. Zoom software can be used worldwide with ease of access . It is easy to understand and can be used with already linked Google account. The interface of zoom is unbeatable with Hd video as well as audio calling feature.
Pros
- It is the only software offering their users HD videoconferencing and audio calling feature . Zoom can work on multiple platforms with different operating systems and mobiles.
- Zoom participant can join the meeting and conversation for free, at one time more than one participant can join. Users can even use screen sharing features which is undoubtedly amazing.
- Zoom usage is free and the customer service is very good.
Cons
- The dashboard is difficult to navigate and can be made better. I wish there could be pop up notification feature as we are unable to notice if any chat is missed.
- To make video call there is always a good internet connection required. After 40 min of free use it is not free, users have to pay an amount.
- For any additional feature users have to pay expensive charges and the technical support is also limiting.
- Zoom has made really a great impact on the field of business. It is very very useful software till now with upgraded features.
- Zoom participant can instantly message during video conferencing. The platform provides end number of features like HD calling, audio calling and even sharing content.
- One thing I really want to upgrade is that Zoom is not totally a free software after 40 min of use we have to pay amount. This is very annoying sometimes in the middle of the work.

I selected zoom app because it is a power pack of all the features inbuilt in it. Without any second thought it is the only software used worldwide for meeting and video conferencing. All the data are safe and secure. Users can make multiple calls at the same time with amazing content sharing. Zoom also offers several plans to accommodate business of all sizes with added features.
