We use Webex for integrating with Microsoft Office 365,
Google workspace, Security related Collaboration between our various global
teams via virtual meetings. For the teams, there is a lot of screen sharing, product demos, and when using the tool to troubleshoot other team members’ IT issues. The part I like best is how Webex allows the engagement of participants in polls and Q&A. Often, I record meetings for future reference for those unable to attend the initial sessions, as a replacement for Skype and, sometimes, Zoom Meetings. The best case is when we consult with the Federal Government and
need a reliable secure environment.

End user training and the time differences for some clients to provide this training, being that we run a global consulting business. Product initial evaluations against Zoom, Skype, and other offerings take time to research and match with current and future use cases and require a detailed plan to do it right.
Webex gives our teams flexibility and clear options to work from home or anywhere where they can be productive, saving cost and support requirements. Given our DC area location, workforce development is very important in maintaining a competitive edge, and retaining talent is, at times, not easy. Work-life balance is important and a major draw for anyone wanting to join our teams. Accessing talent is understanding that concessions to provide resources to make work-life better help maintain a cooperative balance.
The best experience is that needed talent and resources are just a meeting away as needed and fill our on-demand business requirements 24/7. It has been very important to our consulting practice from day one. Adding AI to the mix makes our Webex tool use even better. Employees benefit by having a more productive and healthy workforce environment.
Some of our best practices vs Zoom and Skype include the use of AI and the ability to set clear goals for meetings. Easy navigating Webex features like screen sharing, polling, and Q&A. Testing of camera, microphone, and internet connections and making sure they are working. Security measures that use passwords and waiting rooms to control access to our meetings.
