Cuts down on emails and enables quick easy colaboration. Easy to search through contacts, conversations and find content previously shared. Great plugins and bots to integrate other software and make work life easier. Great features for all users with emojis, gifs, ability to flag messages to create action items.

We have this implemented across multiple locations at our company, around 300 users or so total, and it works great to keep in touch with co-workers in other departments and different locations. Makes contacting users for troubleshooting a breeze and has so many beneficial features like screenshare, and meetings to allow instant collaboration.

We don't do a lot of hybrid work but being we have people in multiple locations and have lots of meetings the Webex App makes things incredibly simple so you can always be in touch with everyone in your organization. When we do have employees working from home you don't have to worry about them not being able to join a meeting or talk with people in the office since webex is so seamless and intuitive for end users even if they don't have a technical background.
A lot of the challenges faced were just making sure the app was secure and the chats were persistent so users could view their full thread of messages no matter where they were and wouldn't necessarily have to be connected to our network in order to receive messages.
Enables our employees to work from home easily without the worry that they will miss a meeting or not be able to attend a meeting. The softphone feature and messaging also enables users to ensure they don't miss a beat in their day because things work different when they are working from home.
We've had great acceptance as we moved to a hybrid model and people have been extremely pleased with Webex and the ease of use. Users never had many complaints and it was easy to train them on the new app and explain the features.
It's been very easy to use and train our end users on. All the features are easy to find and the app is extremely intuitive.
Cisco Webex Experience
Vidcast and Webex Room Kit. We love the ability to easily make instructional videos that we can send out to our users through the app or how they can easily join meetings from the app while others in the office can utilize our Room Kits.
The App seems to meet all the needs that our organization has allowing users to message, meet and call on the fly from their pc or their phones. The security offered by Cisco is top notch and offers peace of mind. The meeting management, host settings and participant management are easy to use just like other Cisco products making it easy to roll out and configure.
Although we don't use all these features the noise suppression is amazing and works so well while in meetings. There's often a time with additional noise around the office or when someone is working from home and the noise suppression does a great job at catching it and canceling it out so people on the other end hear nothing.

No we did not purchase premium support. At time of purchasing we didn't see a need for it and we still haven't ran in to many issues where we have had a need for any additional support and the app seems to work great without needing to open tickets for issues.
Yes - Yes after contacting support and troubleshooting with them over a short period of time they were able to gather some logs and resolve the issue in a very timely manner.

Yes - Webex app is just as easy to use as the app for Windows. It's easy to navigate and replicates the Windows app so everything is simple to find.
