Trust Radius is used as an augmented selling tool. It helps reinforce what we're already proving out with current customers that can help drive and land future business.
It helps serve as an extension of an NPS survey. Like an independent NPS.
Pros
- It's independent. Customers feel 'safe' both leaving and writing reviews as well as reading and evaluating vendors.
- Customer service/support. Ryan Roch is our dedicated AE. Patrick Hansen also gets involved occasionally. The support they provide is extremely helpful and makes working with TrustRadius for Vendors (TR) that much easier.
- UI - the design of TR is easy to navigate, easy to maneuver, easy to use. Keep it simple and it works!
Cons
- More exposure. While I do love using and working with TrustRadius for Vendors (TR), some customers don't know who they are and may be reluctant to write a review, or, even find the site in the first place. Increased marketing exposure would benefit us greatly and help overcome any review challenges.
- More pre-canned TR embedding options. Making it easier to drop a TR review sticker in our newsletter or elsewhere would be helpful. As it stands, it's fine right now but it would be helpful in the future to have varied options.
- Hard to pinpoint, but I think has helped in converting several sales opportunities.

Pulling customer references from TrustRadius is easy and quick. Huge help to the sales team in finding references and driving new business.
Strong. The reviews of our company on TrustRadius are varied, mixed and different because of companies contacted and personas and roles that were reviewed. Nice variety of customer tones.
Quick and easy to copy/paste and handoff to sales team when needed.
G2 Crowd, Gartner and Forrester are attempting to get into the mix. I inherited TrustRadius and now manage it exclusively. I was not involved in the selection process. However, I'm glad we have it!
Hard to say. I suppose gathering quantifiable metrics from TrustRadius would be better.

Support has always been strong. Hard to think of any 'exceptional' one time moments, just good, consistent, regular support as always.
