Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet across our organization, primarily to manage payroll, PTO and benefits.
Pros
- Easily navigable platform.
- Payroll entry is straightforward.
- Compliance.
Cons
- Connect 360 is too impersonal while HR, benefits and associated issues are very personal issues. Before Connect 360, TriNet was a "partner"; now they are a "vendor."
- PTO management - flexibility of plans; adding PTO to employees.
- Clarity of reports and associated purposes - When looking for certain accounting-related files for tax purposes, it was unclear even what purpose the reports served. Finding the one I needed and the data within it, was very difficult.
- Time savings
- Stress reduction
- Benefits cost reduction and increase in choices
- Employee self-service
Hit or miss... I did not feel like TriNet was "there for me." In a small business context, the HR/benefits provider needs to be close by while TriNet is not really a partner anymore.
I found cheaper options but was confident in TriNet as a company. Your core business seemed like an "add-on" for others.
Ardelle Stoute did a great sales job as did Hope Webber as our customer service interface.
