Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used [ThousandEyes] to monitor the networking performance in a college. We monitored the WAN network with this tool and we had mixed feelings. It had a lot of very useful features and the dashboard was really great, it helped us to really gather in-depth knowledge of the network of how it was being used by the students.

The bad part was (in the time we used it, a year ago) a sync problem. Sometimes it did not gather all the data and therefore there were gaps in our monitoring, but this was minimal (minutes).
