Overall Satisfaction with Testlio
We used Testlio to take advantage of their workforce of international testers with multiple device/browser options. Our company was all mac/iPhone users so the extra testing was much needed. Our third-party developer for our website was not thoroughly tested to our standards so we brought on Testlio to fill the gap.
Pros
- Westin and Sidhi were proactive in preparing for test runs
- Westin was quick to reschedule calls, provide constant updates on our progress, and helped us get rollover hours
- Sidhi ensured testing was thorough with her commitment to creating high-quality test scripts with screenshots and details information
Cons

- Making sure we don't have a "buggy" website helps legitimize our company and build our reputation as a contender in the web3 space
Briefly used Browserling to do some testing, but their features were not as robust as Testlio (device/browser options, no customer relationship management)
