Overall Satisfaction with Testlio
We use Testlio to outsource all of our testing needs for all feature releases on our streaming product across all the major platforms such as Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, iOS and Android mobile, and Samsung TV. We leverage them on a monthly basis to test features that go live. These features are all front end UX/UI features as well as regular testing on our sign up flow. They are very valuable because on almost all of their test cycles, they catch something critical that needs to be fixed. Without them we probably wouldn't be catching such critical bug fixes.

- Listen to internal business needs and implements smoother processes
- Quick and responsive to any issues
- Detail oriented test plans with device info, tester info, etc
- Quick turnaround to testing needs
Cons
- None I could think of now
- the customer success manager being available to listen to needs
- having direct contact with the Test Lead so they understand and communicate the requirements
- The platform that captures all of the essential info and also sending out updates and notifications
- positives were all mentioned before
