Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Teamwork Projects is used as our primary project and client management tool. We have a portal for each of our clients and manage all day-to-day tasks, file management, messages, links, and everything else related to the client's campaigns through it. It's helped our team and our clients stay more organized and efficient.

It's helped us stay more organized eliminating the risk of something falling through the crack.

Usability

Teamwork Projects is very user-friendly and easy to pick up. We have clients start using it from day one with us and they've all been able to jump in and figure things out very quickly. The only usability piece that I don't love is their mobile app. I don't think that it's very intuitive. On a desktop it's fantastic.

Support Rating

I haven't had to use the Teamwork Projects support at all. I haven't had a single problem with it.

Alternatives Considered

Basecamp, Wrike and Asana

We used Basecamp extensively and really dislike that tool. Teamwork Projects is so much better. We evaluated Wrike and Asana before ultimately deciding on Teamwork Projects. We felt it was a better option over those two for our use case.

Likelihood to Recommend

We are a marketing agency and we use Teamwork Projects for all of our clients as well as our internal marketing. It's great for managing client campaigns including tasks, messages, files, links, milestones, etc. It is the first project management tool that we've found that actually does basically everything that we need.
