Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

I work on a technology team that has implemented Tealium CDP and tag manager. We slowly implemented five use cases and scaled those use cases across 13 brands at our client. The reception amongst the marketing teams and the uplift provided through the personalization use cases has been tremendous.

We have seen clients benefit significantly from centralizing, storing, cleansing, and ultimately activating first, second, and third-party data within the Tealium Customer Data Hub. This is particularly useful when customers have use cases that require access to and manipulation of data from three or more sources.
