Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
We use Tealium CDP (AudienceStream & Event Stream) to manage customer experiences and to save money connecting and advertising to those audiences. Some use cases include audience categorization, lookalike audiences, paid media and segmentation.

Cons
- The process of creating variables and managing those variables. Also it feels like a variable has to be created in multiple places before it can be used.
- Exporting data out of the CDP.
- Audience badges
- Connectivity to Adobe environments
- Live events for immediately testing ideas and hypothesis
- Combining web page visit activity with Salesforce activity for customer journey analytics.
- Narrowing down audiences to save audience advertising dollars.
Positive experience. The product could move away from the IQ tab a little to provide more focus to first-party data.
