Pros

Compare ranking versus competitor sites
Look up keywords relevant to site
See PPC ads
Get traffic data on competitor sites without needed their Google Analytics access

Cons

Would be nice to do more customization to the competitive ranking graph

Return on Investment

Positive: Saves time vs sourcing this data via multiple websites
Positive: Allows the salespeople to have a warmer first meeting with the client having knowledge in advance

Alternatives Considered

Google Analytics

Google Analytics limits you to data only on a website you have access to. Spyfu makes it very easy to compare against your competitors and get insights on them as well.

Slack, Avaza, Harvest

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for determining a strategy for digital marketing and SEO updates for a website, and to see how changes you made to the site help it improve over time.
