Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We implemented SF Learning and Recruitment modules. The learning module helps us manage each employee's learning history and learning requirements. The Recruitment module helps manage the whole recruitment process from start to end, including job posting, candidate selection, resume evaluation, interview schedule, interview results, job offer, and offer letter. We'll expand our footprint to other modules like Onbaroding, EC, ESS, MSS, Performance Management, and Goal Management.

This is good. So, customers have access to the core SuccessFactors and can customize them to our requirements.
I think AI is the future of our world. More or less, each one of us will face and use AI technology, which should improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes. SF should plan to embed AI in its functionalities. I hope we don't need to buy or pay extra for the AI license.
We want to focus on strategic applications like SAP S/4 and SuccessFactors. If the functionalities of these products meet most of the business requirements, we'll go for strategic applications.
