SAP SuccessFactors is the best!

Our organization currently uses SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Recruitment modules. Through the implementation of these modules we were able to streamline our recruitment process, set up job profiles for easier initiation of job requisitions, organized our talent pipeline to ensure efficient candidate assessment and fulfillment. We were able to centralize our learning platform and had ability to track history of development training plans and accomplishments.

Through the use of SAP SuccessFactors, we were able to leverage best practice solutions in HR business process improvements. In Recruitment Module we took advantage of setting up the Job Profile Builder, defined our job families, classifications to be able to define the roles quicker. Standardizing the processes allowed us to have similar experiences throughout the organization.

We'd like to incorporate AI in streamlining and automating our HR support functionalities. Once Joule is enabled we will be able to assist employees better with their HR concerns and our HR representatives will be able to focus on more important activities.
