SAP SuccessFactors has improved candidates and employee experiences

The scope of the current implementation is the Learning System. We are looking into extending the other module as some of the pain points with our current business processes I believe would be solved by the other modules.

It helped the HR staff to have a more organized recruitment process. There are workflows involved which really helped ease the process on who needs to approve what. From the learning area, it is easy to navigate giving the employees a great experience when using it.

I am really looking forward to using AI / Joule in the SF. From the SAP Sapphire, it looks really cool and I believe it will make the HR staff lives easier. I would want to transfer to HR department when this is activated in our organization just to try this stuff!
