I use SAP SuccessFactors for Payroll Onboarding Time Off Performance & Goals Compensation

Pros

  • Payroll - very stable
  • EC - Easy to Use

Cons

  • Onboarding could be simpler
  • Document Management should come standard for all documents outside of those natively supported
  • Licence cost reduction
It's easy to use
It will enable better data consolidation for planning
We will certainly be using it for Recruiting
From a user perspective about the same
Modular approach can add complexity when implementing
