I use SAP SuccessFactors for Payroll Onboarding Time Off Performance & Goals Compensation
Pros
- Payroll - very stable
- EC - Easy to Use
Cons
- Onboarding could be simpler
- Document Management should come standard for all documents outside of those natively supported
- Licence cost reduction
It will enable better data consolidation for planning
We will certainly be using it for Recruiting
