I mainly use SAP Customer Data Solutions to track our customer's preferences and also to send them targeted marketing messages. Now I am capable of sending them a reminder email or a text message for confirming their next appointment also if any of our customers have an issue with the current detailing plan then we can work on it and also update it if needed.

- The interface is very difficult to navigate for new users
- The integration of SAP CDS is a little lengthy and complex
- There are no special discounts even for long-term users.
- As the software gave a better understanding of customer needs so now we have better retention.
- Now we can also find out who all are visiting our website and hand them over to our sales team.
