Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

The Sage Intacct has been an integral part of my organization, helping maintain global accounting reports for our clients. The main problem that Sage Intacct has solved is multi-entity consolidation, which has helped us maintain multi-entity client accounts in a more efficient manner, which is a really good help in terms of auditing. Additionally, it integrates with other softwares such as Bill.com, Ramp, Nexonia, etc.. which is a really good help to maintain CC and T&E activities as a whole.

Pros

  • Multi-Entity Consolidation (Top-Level and Entity Level).
  • Integration with other software like Ramp and Nexonia.
  • Bills Overview, which helps with the Auditing of Bills.
  • The vendor and customer database helps to fetch all the data.

Cons

  • Downloading bill register reports for all the entities at the top level would be helpful.
  • An increase in the Time frame of the Auto-Log out feature for security will be helpful.
  • I think there is some room in the automation part that can be improved.
  • Positive - Accurate Financial Management.
  • Positive - Cost Saving.
  • Positive - Integration Capabilities.
  • Negative - Dependency on the Internet.
Automating the core financial processes with Sage Intacct has had many benefits for our organization in terms of improved efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial management. Other areas in detail are Automated Entries, Real-Time Reporting, Streamlined Reconciliation, Improved Cash Flow, Enhanced accuracy, scalable process, and Compliance and Audit readiness.
Yeah, Our Company has used all the above-mentioned advanced modules, like multi-entity and global consolidations, project accounting, Time and expense management, and contract revenue and spend management, which has catered to all our clients with different business scopes and helped us streamline the accounting activity, which has increased the accuracy of accounting.
My experience in configuring was a little trickly at first as I was new for this software when i joined my company, but with a little help with our tech team I was able to configure the system as per my terms which is now a cakewalk for me. It was fine after all the configuration.
The Integration between Sage Intacct and Bill, Ramp, and Nexonia is so smooth. All this software has a perfect sync with Sage Intacct, with an accuracy of 98%. There are sometimes specific issues in the sync between the software, but with the help of the tech team, I was able to overcome this.

Well Suited: In Terms of recording all the AP and AR transactions, GL reporting, and integration with other software such as Bill.com, Ramp, and Nexonia, which will help us record vendor transactions, CC activity, and T&E reporting. Less Appropriate: Auditing bill registers of different entities will be a lot of work.
