Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Quosal provides a flexible vehicle for our managed services quoting. We are able to provide dynamic content and deliver it quickly to our existing and prospective clients.

We have tentative plans to extend to the office equipment side of the house at some point in the future.

Options... Customers can choose options presented in the quote.

Cons

Quirky issues when a proposal is "Won".
Minor issues converting to Project, Agreement, etc.

Faster turnaround means more opportunities handled.
Huge time saver!
Intuitive interface.

Alternatives Considered

We saw Quosal and ran with it. Other apps just don't compare.

I can only say that we have completely changed our quoting process with Quosal. For small quotes, we typically don't run through the entire process, but for larger proposals it's GREAT!
