Overall Satisfaction with Quosal
We use Quosal to send quotes out to our customers and to see if they have opened the quote. This helps us know when to make a contact and elicit feedback from our customers. In addition, it helps us close deals. The Connectwise integration is nice because you can easily convert quotes to sales orders.

- Lack of ease in formatting your proposals
- Big changes to the templates require a support ticket with Quosal, and they charge you for it
- Visibility of when clients opens quotes helps close deals
- Quosal is overpriced for what you get
- Making recurring cost quotes is sloppy and the published document looks terrible, so we just use Excel
We also evaluated Quotewerks. Quotewerks sales team was terrible, we had to leave about five messages before we got a call back. Then after evaluating the software, it felt clunky and did not work very well. It is cheaper than Quosal, but we were not impressed with it. It is not as user friendly.
