Paylocity
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the full platform, so we have all comprehensive modules. We mostly use it for payroll, performance management, recruitment, and everything in between.
Pros
- The payroll software is top notch. Recruitment module has been great. I think the workflow and the way you can customize all of the features of the recruitment module is awesome. Same thing with performance, you can really tailor everything to your specific company needs.
Cons
- Recruitment. I know you are already working on a integration into teams, so there are some of those little nuances that the system doesn't currently utilize, but feedback is taken pretty swiftly and seriously, so I appreciate that.
- We are working towards better data-driven decision making, so we're in the process of putting all of that in place and building the data. As far as errors specifically with the timekeeping, employees can take ownership over their own time by adding their missed punches and notes into the system directly. So that has reduced admin time as well as errors on Paychex
They've helped us significantly with less admin time.
We're working towards that, but we are currently using surveys for new hires after 30 days so that significantly helped us to improve our onboarding process.
- Paychex Flex and Paycom
I did not select Paylocity. It was in place when I joined the company, but I did select ADP for my previous company. Paylocity is difference is the customer service and the account management support. We did not have that level of support at ADP.
