Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I'm an Account Executive and use it for daily outreach sequences. We also have a team of BDR's that use it for daily call, email and follow up tasks.

Pros

  • Workflow
  • Prospect activity History
  • Integration with Gmail

Cons

  • Adding Prospects can take a lot of time
  • API integrations can be difficult (More on our end)
  • Increased response Rate
  • Helped me to engage with customers that are showing positive signs of engagement
  • Increased response rate due to tweeking sequences
I've used Outreach for 3 years and I've seen the product grow with the times.
We don't use AI as much as we could. We need to adopt more practices. What would be neat would be the ability to use AI to prospect and pull people into a sequence.
It is a great tool! Makes the prospecting journey easier.
Wish I had other tools I've used to stack against. I have only used Outreach.

Love that it shows me when a prospect opens and email, also how many times they viewed it. Also, the ability to go through people in a sequence and not have to keep track of who I've reached out to.
