Alongside our 3rd party agency, we use Monetate to improve the customer journey on the [...] website. We also use the platform to promote promotions such as badging and html text. We are in the process of testing recommendations through the platform.
Pros
- Easy to load badges onto products
- Setting up an experience is straightforward
- Can easily pause experiences in the main dashboard
Cons
- platform colours are dull
- assign a web experience a colour tab
- Be able to schedule a change to a current experience to go live instead of setting up a new experience
- Improving CR from social proofing
- Supporting with promotional activity
