Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm a user experience designer at an IT company. My team and I mainly use Miro to collaborate, brainstorm ideas, track the status of interview scheduling, project plan, take notes from user interviews, create wireframes and share screenshots. I love Miro because it's easy to dump all my ideas and notes and then be able to find them again when needed.

Pros

  • collaboration
  • wireframing
  • sticky notes

Cons

  • more advances wireframing (being able to change colors of items more)
  • table settings could be more advanced
  • merging Miro boards could be helpful
  • improved productivity
  • improved collaboration
  • less information lost
It's been excellent! I love using Miro to collaborate with others within my organization, some that live in another continent.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I love the flexibility Miro provides. It's an easy tool to use for collaboration, mapping ideas, sharing notes, and creating wireframes. It's an excellent tool for creatives. I also love being able to adjust and assign colors to various things like text, shapes, arrows, etc. It often feels like a digital whiteboard, but offers even more options.
